im under an award but being way under paid considering my role. i wouldnt not class someone with the highest role to have the lowest pay so im going to be correcting that otherwise im leaving. its not worth putting in the effort for everyone else to take credit for it and then even worse not get paid accordingly. im hating work atm, dont even want to be there unless its night shift so im aiming to take just night shifts for a while for a break from there but still earn $ to a certain degree to continue to pay for my new car. i use to love my work but now id rather just not be anywhere near there.

I have noticed managers often play workers agin each other. 

Do what you have to do.

Being able to love one's work can be a real gift.

I hope it improves and you can enjoy it again.
