Hey @Shaz51 @Till23 @Appleblossom @ale_inmelb ,
I had pork with crackling, fennel and potatoes for dinner tonight. I has takeaway noodles for lunch... and two mini cokes...
I spoilt myself today!

1) How are you feeling?
So deflated, defeated, burnt out, hurt. Wondering if i can support my partner anymore (bipolar1) - or has too much happened?
2) What is one thing you have struggled with, and one thing you have done well?
I've struggled with conflict today, especially when trying to navigate it whilst holding years worth of pain. Not a good day
3) What is one nice thing you can do for yourself today?
I got a new houseplant 🙂

im sure we’ll get there but im pretty exhausted.

I am feeling sad and lonely 3.
I recently had a break up with a short term but intense boyfriend. It hurts because I have separation anxiety. But I showed great courage in drawing strong boundaries when the break up happened. To make things worse I am estranged from family, try not to bother friends. Doesn't help that my work has been torture. Feel like a failure. But proud of holding on for so long.

Welcome @Kaaveri! 💛
Gah, I feel this so much. I have been here many times, and honestly, those short and intense relationships can be so much for anxious attachment. I am really proud of you for setting boundaries too, that would have been so hard, especially given your estrangement from family. I know that reaching out might feel vulnerable right now, so the fact you've connected with us on here is amazing.
I get the sense this loneliness and sadness you're experiencing can be supported through some more nervous system support. Think: self-soothing, connection to things that bring you joy, sunlight, nature, movement, a safe person you could talk to. What are some things you could try this week?
PS: What meal did you make for yourself? 🤩

Hello @tyme @Shaz51
Thanks for asking! I'm doing well and am stable. I try to be grateful every day, even if it's just a flower! I don't handle stress very well because of my CPTSD but am fortunate to be able to see a psychiatrist on a regular basis! I suffer loneliness because I have trouble reaching out to others but am catching up with some people today, which will be great! ❤️
