I spent a year up all night and logged on!

I am better behaved now, take my meds and do sleep a little earlier.

Im up all night with insomnia mostly. Tonights no different. Its 1am here. Im trying to manage the best i can. Lots of hot flushes the past few days making things uncomfortable and tonight's still the same.
