I want to give you a massive hug @Emelia8! This is a tragic story of trauma and loss but you have come through this like a trooper! Please stay strong! It's so good you're on the forums. And it's good that you can wake up every day knowing that you can still tell your story to give everybody else and to remind yourself how brave you are. It's normal to want to isolate yourself after so many deaths and relationship losses; it's a protection mechanism for you. The good thing is these forums are a safe place and I hope you're safe and well now.

Every day is incredibly hard @Shaz51 . But I see my orthopaedic specialist tomorrow, so hope to come away with a time frame for my spinal surgery. Hoping not too much delay due to COVID elective surgery suspensions. 😔
