Ohh still bad my @Jynx but she does not want to go to hospital 

Hope mum gets some relief tonight as we are having sunday morning tea birthday party for my aunty who will be 84 tomorrow

Hi @Shaz51 ... Did you think she needed to go to hospital? Trust your gut in future, despite any resistance from your mum. Trying to get rid of her are you, beautiful Shaz? I can really see that happening. 😜 

When we get older, we become insecure. And we do not want to leave home, which is where we feel safe and secure.

Being a carer, especially for a parent, is a very difficult thing. Running the gauntlet between what they want, and what you know is best for them. I know you will find a happy medium.

Apt with surgeon went okay thanks @BlueBay . He said my surgery is urgent and needs to occur within 1 month. So hopefully that means little or no delay due to covid elective surgery suspensions.

He just said "We need to fix this pain, and I can do that for you with minimally invasive surgery". His surgical support team will be in touch with me early next week, and I will know more then.

I was relieved, because if I was told it would be 3 months wait ... I dont know what I would have done. I cant live like this, with this degree of pain, for much longer.
