my mum is back home from having a fall last tuesday , still have to go to the hospital for redreesing her arm

Yep, lots of big triggers for me too.

This time of year.

It's the Anniversary of Dad's death in a few weeks, one week after my Birthday.

My tooth broke this morning - 1/4 (25%) of the entire Molar came away (Dentist said).

Because I've had more than 6 teeth break, in the past 2 years or so (never before that) - I'm beginning to feel like I am falling apart.

Or my teeth are falling apart.

In booking an emergency Dental appointment for this afternoon - I had to decline (miss) a compulsory work training meeting.

So the effects are more complicated than usual - the "flow-on effect" I call it (negative flow on).

Thank you @Shaz51 I'm so tired.

I somehow managed to do my Aviaries & Cages (Seed, Water & clean) after I got back from Dentist.

That's once a week big job.

hah will be a shock to system @Shaz51  lol then get couple weeks off and go to different site for a while, so should be able to get more money so can afford not to work for a while lol
