EOR Maybe the depth of the alto recorder will help you embrace and accept your melancholy enough for it to feel heard, and then feel alright to move into another feeling. Have you ever danced with your daughter ... in your imagination ... like a folk dance or whatever music she liked?
Yay another date ...I'll bring a flask of coffee to warm us up.
My closest beach is only 15 mins drive. I have lived close enough for long enough to really value the beach in all seasons. Today was great! The sun was shining!
Sorry EOR ...good giving others suggestions ... maybe I should have a quiet dance tonight in my mind with my brother and sister ... I think we deserve it.... we never relaxed and had that simple fun together in real life, tho my sister and i did serious ballet with the same teacher ....she was a bossy Russian dame and it was NOT fun. So a little simple boogie would be just nice for us 3 sibs ... letting the ghosts out for a whirrrrl ... without taking over my life ... then they can go lovingly back into the closet.

At rehearsal tonight there was a beautiful sculpture of Jesus and Mary. Really helped me feel I was in the right place. A completion for mother and child.
That really touched me about being friends. Thank you. I hope you find the book Axiomatic worth it.
