@Appleblossom i will have a listen to this wehn i get time. I read his book when i was 15 and learned a lot about somatic trauma processing from it. It stuck with me as it made sense.
I've had to ensure to focus a lot of my breathing lately to bring down blood pressure when i notice it. Downside of being so dysregulated lately is a lot of difficulty now with not getting hypertensive when focused. I'm practicing noticing and taking time out to re-centre.
Yay for comedy mic night 😊. Glad to hear.
@outlander sorry to hear its been rough and not fun time. I also struggle with not finding things fun, so i relate to what you said.
Let me know if there is support i can offer in that.
I also went to a trivia night a few weeks ago for the first time in years -- i liked it, but mixed feels also. It was "alot".

Yes I was similar @outlander being with older people as I had not much in common with the people my own age. Didn't know the movies or music, or shopping, and they didn't know the work. glad you had some fun at the trivia night, though.
