depression/anxiety is like that with eating. i find sometimes i do the same thing. well done on buying healthier options too. often the sugary stuff is too enticing when we are emotional. sweet fruits are good for that sort of craving or melons.
i think your doing well even though it feels really shite

yep for sure @Former-Member however i find having the healthy stuff around helps. snacking on a piece of fruit gets rid of quite alot of guilt.
itll take time for you to recover from your traumas, and in the process im sure youll find you again or even create a new 'you'

I have been offline for a couple for days. Doing music ... all sorts.
I love latin music but do not dance well enough to have a favourite style of dance. I took my son to salsa classes a while back. Mostly I am into instrumental or singing.
Like you I hope was worried about @Shaz51 Hope she has survived surgery and the rains.
