thank you @soul, @Faith-and-Hope, @Smc, @Appleblossom, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Determined, @outlander, @PeppiPatty, @Former-Member, @Adge, @Sophia1, @Owlunar, @Former-Member
we lived with my uncle for a while and he gave me away at my wedding ,
mr shaz wanted to just stay at home today which made it a bit hard
we were out shopping yesterday for us and mum and the afternoon we were suppose to be going out -- but mr shaz had enough so we stayed home
today I put out mum`s bins today and brought her clothes in off the line
sometimes I find it hard to be on top of everything , mum has 4 appointments this week coming , I have to fit in when to have my blood test done for my next appt
mr shaz is worried about his side affects from his meds so going to try and make an appt for him which he will change his mind
I have forgotten to write in the diary for my specialists, Gps and Dieticians , sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming and we keep on going

Hello
@soul, @Faith-and-Hope, @Smc, @Appleblossom, @Sherry, @Darcy, @Determined, @outlander, @PeppiPatty, @Bella, @Adge, @Sophia1, @Dec, @lapses
my uncle has improved , will have to stay in hospital for a while , his daughter has flown up which is good
My mum is celebrating 2 weeks at home , fingers crossed today`s appt went ok for mum
My Mil is in a lot of pain
Mr shaz was goodthis morning but by lunch he was not the best , so we had this afternoon off
I think the real reason is that I have had constant pains in the gall bladder area and going through to my back where the kidney is all day , it is not getting worse but not going away
hope everyone has had an Okish day today xxxxxxx

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
Uncle is still in hospital @Former-Member, he has a very bad bug in his system causing lots of big problems
they are doing scans and everything as they are thinking the bug might be in his valve of his pace maker
he is still on the ab`s machine

Mr shaz said this morning for the last week , He has been having trouble going to sleep straight away which is unusally because with his meds he goes to sleep so quickly -- he wants to know if meds change over the years and why ??

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
Hi @Shaz51
There are many factors that contribute to getting a good sleep.
Worry, alcohol, caffeine, sleeping during the day can all contribute.
Mr Shaz is probably very worried about your health and you have indicated that work is an increasing source of anxiety too.
On TV the other night they had a show where two people went without grog for a month - both reported better sleep.
There are other underlying medical issues than can lead to poor sleep.
Getting Mr Shaz to doc or therapist to help with this ...
