Re: rough time

Hi @Bunniekins

The pic hasn't come through yet but am keeping a watch out for it. Did you have a chance to ring and make an emergency appt with your GP this morning?

Re: rough time

Hi @Former-Member how are you going? I know you had a very busy day

Re: rough time

@Former-Member i rang 3 dra surguries and not one can fir me in until late next week basically when my next appt is to have things removed. So didnt bother. Right now its home or the ed with ed being the very last option.

@Former-Member i just cant sleep. I even tried giving in to sleep but it still didn't work at ine point. I am scared to sleep with everything happening in my mind atm. There is too much and im trying to work it out..
No worries, ill still sit with you

I dont want to worry you @Bunniekins its one if the reasons ive shut down from everything and everyone.

Re: rough time

Am exhausted to be honest @Former-Member - very hot here and feel drained - but I did manage to get around to doing everything I planned so am feeling good about that. How was your day?

Re: rough time

That is a shame your GP and others could not fit you in @outlander. Is there any particular reason why you don't want to get a consultation at the emergency department? Are you afraid they will place you in the psychiatric ward? They may be able to give you or suggest something that will help with sleep until you can see your GP and arrange a more permanent solution. What are yours thoughts on that scenario?

Re: rough time

@Former-MemberI am glad you got everything done that you need too but that would be exhausting, combined with the heat too. Hopefully tonight you can have a rest and hopefully get some good sleep.

Had psychologist today which always tires me and leaves me anxious and upset afterwards. Taken prn to try and clam down. Havent worked yet so contemplating taking more.

@outlanderI know you are scared to sleep hun, that is what stops me alot too. I think ED might be the best option. They need to see that you are not coping by yourself and that the gp is not helping you/
