Re: rough time

Thank you @Former-Member. That sounds like a good idea if you are feeling anxious - I understand how that can happen after a counselling session. Be kind to you tonight and take some well deserved rest. It's always nice to chat with you xxxxx

Re: rough time

I will be honest @outlander and say that I do understand that fear. But if you crash, burn and breakdown that will happen anyway and you won't be able to help your pop like that either.

Maybe if you see the ED now they may just give you something to sleep, as that is what you need upmost now, and keep an eye on you through the mental health team whilst your are at home? It's possible as that is what they have done with my daughter in the last under similar circumstances. Usually they are short of beds.

Somfood for thought for you. Please do look after yourself as you are very special to many on here and you deserve some peace and respite from your anguish 💕

Re: rough time

 @Former-Member I'm good thanks. How did you go at psychiatrist?

@Former-Member Hi -Enigma- how are you doing?

Re: rough time

@outlanderyou need to do what is best for you. I know your pop relys on you, but you are no good to him if you are this unwell.

@Bunniekins um, was a hard session.....lets leave it there for now

Re: rough time

@outlander

As @Former-Member said you wont be able to help your pop if you are like this. It is ultimately your choice but someting will give sooner rather than later and I think it is far better to be a voluntary patient or to just get some advise than to be an involuntary patient.

Re: rough time

Im sorry 😞 i cant go. I sat in the car for so long but i cant go. Its too stressful even thinking about going there 😞

Re: rough time

@outlanderit is not about trying harder, it is about doing the best that you can do. That is all we can ask of ourselves.

Get your Pop to go hun, stay in bed and try to relax a bit, do some self care
