Ok I guess that's enough stalling. 
yearerday I had to go to the shops to get some stuff and for some unknown reason I decided to go to a shopping center in another town. Just to get out for a drive I guess. Anyway I was walking the isle and I saw one of my abusers there. I froze in the isle I didn't know what to do. I couldn't move or speak. My hearing started to go funny and I started to shake uncontrollably. I actually don't even remember getting out the shops or driving home. @Former-Member

Oh my sweet, that would have been truly horrible for you. I am so sorry that you found yourself in that postion. It is no one wonder you where in such a state last to to begin with. It is terrifying to think that they are out there wondering around having a life and lets face it they probably dont even remember us or it.

I am just glad that how ever you managed it you got your self home where you where safe.

I completely understand why you wouldn't want to share that with us yesterday, it just breaks my heart that you felt like you could not lend on me for support yesterday.
