Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Goodnight sis @Sans911 hope you can get some sleep tonight ๐Ÿ’•

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

A big squishy hug and hi to all except Iโ€™m not sure which bits would be ok to give you a squishy hug @Sans911. I think I could manage an ankle hug or similar if needed, possibly toe hug would right out ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜˜ . I hope you are ok for today and coming home (if thatโ€™s what you are ready for).

Im finally just catching up here.

I loved your pics @Appleblossom ๐Ÿ’œ

And your memes and pics too @outlander . Youโ€™ve found some I havenโ€™t seen which is cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž. I hope your bracelet is ok.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

its getting there with the bracelet @Teej
I cant really get into it, thinking wise its not registering properly atm. have lots of things on my mind today

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Haha @Teej - big squishy hugs are out I think. All you might get is a bony hard hug from my leg!! Even though I'm quite numb in the chest, I've had 2 peices of rib removed so the middle is very tender.

So glad to be home. Got home just before lunch. Lots of medications added; some just for a few days. I have to be really careful of pretty much everything I do so I don't bust anything open.

Long recovery ahead for me which is going to get frustrating after a while. And there are more revision surgeries ahead.

Evening also to @Zoe7 @Snowie @outlander @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @CheerBear

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Its good to hear your home @Sans911 but take it easy as hard and frustrating it might be. Virtual hugs as your sounding very tender. im sure your cats missed you too. is your mum staying with you for abit to help?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Mum will stay with me just over a week @outlander give or take a couple of nights where she'll be away. Then she has a housesit for a month that's only a short distance away so she can get here easily if I need her. She cooked dinner tonight which I'm grateful for and it was yum. I've had a number of people offer to help but I would rather they specify what they could do then expect me to know.

How are you doing tonight lil Sis @outlander? Have any of those difficult thoughts and feelings eased at all?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Im glad your mum is there helping and you've got offer from others too @Sans911 I get the point of them specifying what they could do though, sometimes its hard to ask when you don't really know yourself or don't really want to ask sort of thing.

not really, they seem to be sticking around but im tired- not sure if its mentally or physically that's worse though. my drs rang me today and said I had to come in. the test I done about a week back showed I have the infection I had before is either back or wasn't fully cleared up last time so am back on treatments for that and will do the 3 courses again so should be cleared up in the next 2 weeks. had to go back to see her for a mouth infection again anyway so can treat both at the same time.
on a good note though I got my bracelet finished and tried out a new pattern. it looked hard but it isn't so am going to make a lap blanket with it.
