@heartathome  How are you lovely? I feel the same way about showers. It seems to affect a lot of us. 

Our beautiful @AlwaysMyself  is in a 3 week overseas holiday at the moment. They won’t be on forums and are already missed.

@Bunniekins @Good morning lovely. How are you? Thank you for the affirmations. I am gonna need all the strength I can get. I had another drop in my antidepressant today. The tapering had been brutal and I’m terrified of how I’ll be feeling now I’ve dropped my dose even more. 

Do you have anything plans today lovely?

@Cuddlebear hey Cuddlebear i am having a antipsychotic dropped atm as well.  i am sorry that you are having negative effects from the drop in antidepressent though .... can you see your psychiatrist to discuss the symptoms?  maybe it is all going too fast for you?  luckily for me i have only had positive effects getting off this particular med.  are you having a replacement one?  it can be a hard juggling act.  shopping day today.  maybe middle son will come over i am not sure.  planning christmas presents for carers atm.

I didn’t realise you were tapering too. I am really glad to hear that it’s going well for you. Are you going to replace it with something else? Or is it a case of don’t need it anymore? 

I don’t have a psychiatrist. I saw 1 in public system at APARC who did a medicine review and that was it. I can’t afford a private psychiatrist. My GP now is managing the taper. At the beginning it was way way too fast. I advocated to slow it down. I ended up with serotonin toxicity making me very sick. 

Im glad you’ve got some shopping on today and planning Xmas pressies for carers. Helps starting a bit earlier too with less rushing about in crowds at the shops. 

I hope middle son visits you today. Seeing the kids and spending time together is really uplifting and puts a smile on our faces.

@Cuddlebear   i am having my antipsychotic replaced with another but i am also on a couple anyway to stop the crazies 🙂 .  wow you have been through the mill and yes i know what you mean about the costs my psychiatrist is upping the cost and i have no idea how i will afford it tbh.  have a good day swweetheart i hope it treats you kindly. xx

Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, my tooth is still giving me grief but I was able to get clove oil yesterday for it so that's helping a little. I'm not able to see the dentist due to the cost and so far I've been unable to get onto anyone for help with the cost of it. I'm still trying though. It was a tough night last night so I'm tired and a little fragile today, a day to be gentle with myself. 

I really hope this drop doesn't cause you more problems sweet. I know you might be alone physically with it but know that we are here for you. Sending you hugs beautiful ❤️. 

It's raining here today so I've curled up on the lounge with Casper and a movie playing.
