Thank you so so much @Zoe7, my day has been perfect, I went out to a fancy Cafe for breakfast and had a lovely phone call from my partner. She sent me the most beautiful card.

I am so so lucky to have so many amazing friends here, life is still filled with struggles, but I have the wonderful support of my partner and all the amazing people here to pull me through. 

Thank you each and every one of you for holding my hand and helping me cope with anxiety and depression, without you all I would not be here any more. Thank you just does not seem enough.
