Okay everyone I have got Holly decked out in her Christmas attire. @greenpea @Zoe7 @TAB @Appleblossom @Meowmy 

And I have begun putting my Frozen Christmas Icecream Cake together ready for tomorrows dessert.  Half way there, in that I have put the rum, spices, fruit and nuts into the vanila icecream and stirred it all through.  Back in the freezer now to  harden up again before I load it in layers on top of my fruit cake base.

Here is a picture of what the finished product should (or hopefully will 🤞) look like.
