Frozen Christmas Icecream cake is looking good thanks @greenpea ... in the freezer and all nice and firm again. Just need to top off with berries and crumbled meringue before serving.
@eth... I hope the rain comes for you. Our forecast looked like we wouldnt get any rain here either, but it went against the meteorologists predictions. Lucky us. Its still raining too ... love it. Been out in it a while ago and I'm soaked now. I think its coastal, drifting in from the sea. We are probably right on the outer edge of it I suspect. But very grateful. Although I have to say that my little birthday girl Holly is not so happy .. she does not like getting her feet wet, so is refusing to go outside this morning. Eventually ... when she cannot hold on any longer ... she will venture out.
