Two main things about study @greenpea It has to be something you are actually interested in and well, it would help if it's achievable. Perhaps start a new thread of ask mods if there is one, I just looked, couldn't find one, well a 2 page all very former membery, specific course materially one ..
yes a lot of things start again around februrary but good luck finding anyone at a tafe or uni this time of year guess it might come down to what's available in your area?
just see what you can find online to start off with perhaps. After eventually getting talked into doing uni entrance exam, then cos had no clue except had an offer, put in away for 8 years, six of those thinking I had blown chance to study.
I eventually ended up at uni, maybe i was ready then, certainly didnt seem to be when had original offer, but if had got thru somehow then could have walked into a job afterwards. After eventually graduated it was a different ball game, student numbers had possibly doubled, and people were coming from overseas and using degrees to stay here. Anway .. but it was good and fun and interesting and ..cost me a lot of money .. lol

@TAB Good morning TABs and big thank you re answer on study. I received my ba in philosophy and politics about 9 years ago now which I really enjoyed. Uni like you said was a great experience and I did 99% face to face with the remainder online with a credit average which I was really happy with with one HD.
Volcanology really interests me but I think that would require a good deal of mathematics of which I have great problems with. Maybe psychology but that requires alot of group work which I am not good with ..... I will have to do more home work.

Hi all
Christmas can be a really happy time but it can also be a very testing time. I know for myself it can bring up lots of feelings, especially when we lose supports around xmas time. Here are some reminders to put ourselves first
