Biggest thing was psychologist this afternoon. Getting sick of phone appointments (I sit in my car now for privacy) but am appreciative of being able to have them at all.

Work tomorrow arvo then weekend! Yays

@StuF  saw my daughter today which I really enjoy. She and I read the australian together. She is my strength. I love her very much. Had a midday nap. Yes I know how those telehealth calls really arent  that great. Oh saw my menth health nurse she said that covid is out of control where I am living.

@StuF  Yeah it is everywhere and our stupid federal and state government arent helping either.  Was talking to my mum today and she knows of someone who caught it and ended up hallucinating ..... my mental health nurse said it is really bad news.  I have never heard of the band before but I am older than you so it is not surprising. I still like that style of music angry ....
