@Bunniekins well she chose us around 12 months after the divorce she just started hanging around outside, so me being me I started worrying about her, posted on the residents page, and I started feeding her. I didn't have a cat carrier to take her to the vets to have her scammed for a chip. It was 6 months before anyone claimed her, they lived 5 houses up. They came and took her home and within 24 hrs she came back. I did say to the owners if she goes missing she'll probably be with me again. The owners never came back. When the neighbors dog got baited she ate some so I took her to the vet. I explained that I'm happy to pay for her vet bills when they contact the owner. The owner said I can keep her as she's obviously chosen me and they already have replaced her.
