What a wonderful morning it is! I visited the Psychiatrist yesterday and was finally given my diagnosis which turns out to be quite positive! 
I’m really pleased that it went well. It can be quite daunting talking about ourselves and exposing ourselves to someone who we only just met. I guess I took comfort in the fact that I know they are only there to help me to get better. I have to release the fears about being judged and being mis-interpreted and just be open and honest. I have found it to be so freeing to let go and open up. It’s a fine line between hiding behind a mask of happiness & then really truely believing in that happiness.
