Day 15 Tour de Aus

No cycling for me the past 3 days.
Will try to get back on board tomorrow.

Re: Sane Tour De Aus!

Did my cycle in the morning today, knowing I was going out later and wouldn't be back until who knows when. Didn't want to do it, but I did. Didn't do any other housework though, oh well - that can be tomorrow instead.

@Oaktree @ENKELI @DogMan79

Hope you're all doing well (on your own scale of ranges) and not had too hard of a week/end.

Hopefully I'll get my cycling and laundry done before lunchtime tomorrow and then can just rest the rest of the day.

Re: Sane Tour De Aus!

@Oaktree @AlwaysMyself @DogMan79 I have had a few days off as well, trying to get motivated.

That we don't get down on ourselves for not doing it every day is helpful for me so I don't spiral into the guilt trip thoughts.

I am encouraged that I will start again tonight before dinner.

Dogman, how are you going? Hope you're okay friend.

Day 25 Tour de Aus!

I fell off my bike…

I haven’t done anything since day 12!

Let’s start over…

Will try and cycle tomorrow

@GravelGrinder

We are using a mini cycle but there is nothing stopping you from using your bicycle. We would be keen to hear about your exploits.

Re: Sane Tour De Aus!

You must have read my mind today @Oaktree , I was thinking I need to post here because I have forgotten to do cycling the past few days! I think i have missed 3 days in a row now.

Having the cycle in the lounge room helps me remember a little, but often when I see it I am busy and cant stop to do it then - and then I forget! Or im just too busy to even see the cycle in the first place. Its been one of those weeks last week.

Tomorrow though! Wednesday is the end of my work week, so I should definitely be able to do 5min.

Re: Sane Tour De Aus!

I last participated in single digit days

My knee has been in it's brace. I'm blaming the weather change in melb where it started bucketing down

Old man (45 to 49 year) health check tomorrow. 30 minutes Nurse and 30 GP. I want to ask about the arthritis and possibly heart pending tests

Re: Sane Tour De Aus!

I have to confess to ignoring my cycle too - been a bad week all around it seems. I am going to try tonight. Now that I can access YouTube via Foxtel I can play any music I want to get me motivated. Hopefully..
