Got a few months so far at least @Bunniekins . Got another pair next level up. Can barely put them on. But used to struggle w other ones. $70 for lower ones way more for more compression. They are getting looser. When no good will use other ones. Bed time here. Slept all day and can't stay up was 4 hrs out of bed this time lol. Bin been out 12hrs now will do it tomorrow lol

Oh @SmilingGecko my posts night not be coming through I wrote about twin kidneys ... 

When you're young, this kidney  team is at full strength, with all of its workers energetic and efficient. They can handle anything you throw at them, whether it's an extra-large soda or a salty snack.

​But just like any team that works for decades, they start to slow down a little with age. Not in a bad way—they've just earned the right to take a few extra coffee breaks! They're still great at their job, but they're not quite as quick as they used to be.

​So, as you get older, your kidney "team" might appreciate a little extra help. This could mean drinking plenty of water, eating a balanced diet, and maybe not asking them to filter quite as many salty foods
