Hello @StuF how was work today? Just been tossing out garbage, recyclables and vegie clippings. Will tackle the rest of the kitchen tomorrow. It looks like theres more order in the house. Got to sweep floors, wash compost bins and clean countertops tomorrow

I still have to deal with the bsb changeover @SmilingGecko . That involves getting online or phone for every payment in and out of my bank account. Some can only be done online which I find challenging. Scared I’ve not recorded passwords properly and will have trouble getting into myaccount details. Some of the organisations don’t have phone numbers only online. This is creating a lot of stress and anxiety for me or better said a full on panic attack which renders me unable to deal with it. I need to tackle it in the mornings when I’m fresher. One at a time over a week or two. Sorry to hear your area is high crime area. Mine is a safe area.

Yes I fully understand @GezzaP its a bit of a messy procedure and its thrown your regular banking around. I wish I knew what to say but it sounds complicated and difficult to reset your BSBs and track transactions. Just slow and steady over an extended period may be better - cutting it into manageable chunks that are doable. I know you are getting panic attacks over it, love. Just try to relax if possible. These things get harder as we get older living with MI

It's just a bit crazy at work @SmilingGecko - the shed we collect from is constantly full, but both the depots we take the books to are overflowing right now! Anyway, we just do what we can 🙂
Yeah, leave some of the kitchen 'fun' for tomorrow 🤣😎

Wow, incredible @StuF People offloading lots of books. Do they have an online store like Brotherhood Books? I got some classic aromatherapy texts from them and use it in preparedness. Aromatherapy is quite amazing. I have tinea at the moment and it always responds better to organic tea tree oil than commercial pharmaceuticals. I only have an essentials kit to use for first aid. They have been trying to limit online descriptors about what essential oils do because pharmaceuticals know they are a threat and want market monopoly. I've used tinea creams in the past and they simply dont work at all
