I’m ok @SmilingGecko . Just a baked spud is so easy and I love them. Need to eat some other veggies tomorrow. Got stir fry veggies and peas. If I get up early enough I’ll make a silverbeet and feta filo pastry pie. Or else some leftover meat, mushrooms with salad. Depends how early I get up or how long the acupuncture appt takes. Would be nice if this b… headache goes away. Feel better after eating.

@Glisten Ha ha to be sure to be sure. I like dolmades too. Got celery and baby carrots for the veggie sticks for the dips. Love antipasto too. Will also have hard boiled egg: i eat my main meal at lunch time. But one med makes me very hungry sometimes in the evening. Have a good evening.

@Glisten mum did the opposite, came back from Canberra to Geraldton to get support from her parents. Mum was the odd one out. Both her sisters were always affectionate, she never was. Her sister (my favourite aunt) told me mum was always a little stand offish even though my grandparents were the opposite. 

I have heard conflicting stories of my childhood and think it's probably somewhere in the middle of what I've been told.

You have achieved a great amount. You are still breathing. You are supporting many people here in Saneland. 

Don't think so little of how far you've come.

You deserve to celebrate. Come have lamb with us on Sunday - I'm using the family as guinea pigs for a new recipe I'm trying out.

since I went no contact with mum - took me long enough my oldest brother got a phone call from the specialists about mum insisting on getting operations and she is too old to get anymore. My ex husband told me his mum is being told by women at her church of how sick she is. 

are you going ok ? 
are you having very nice cups of tea at night ? 
ill meet you for a huge bouquet of Australian flowers and a cuppa ?
