@SmilingGecko I went to supermarket at 7.30 this morning. At 10 got in the car to go back to centre to get something else. No go dead flat tyre. Can’t find spare not that I could change it. Called RAA. Within the hour they reckon. Could do without this cost.

No good regarding your tyre. Can you pump it up or does it need repair/replacement @GezzaP? Sorry this has happened to you I know you could have done without it right now ❤️ Keep getting more sun. Sit in noon shade with sunhat and get more sunshine for 45 mins to an hour

The tyre had a puncture. Was flat as a tack no way couid it be pumped up @SmilingGecko . Had to put thin spare on for now. RAA came within 10 minutes of me calling. My mechanic can pick up new tyre for less than I could buy it. Called him this morning for a service, will tell him about the tyre when he calls back or give him another call. Haven’t got to banana bread yet. Might leave for another day when hopefully not so tired. Or maybe get to it in the afternoon after eat something.

That really sucks @GezzaP I hope you have enough money to cover it but you worked out a way to get it cheaper through your mechanic which is better than nothing. I've just done a Woolworths shop and have bought some extra things so I can make a vegan bacon called "eggplant bacon" It will be nice to toss in recipes or have as a snack. You can store it up to several days. Its like bacon but its a healthier version. It can use up eggplant at the end of the week. Something healthy to snack on. It can be so restrictive being diabetic but I have found ways around it though.

I have had quite a lot of sunlight today @SmilingGecko . But it’s a bit overcast here now. Getting a bit warm out there now. Will be a late night for me tonight as my footy team plays late tonight. So will have an afternoon nap for 30-60 minutes if I can sleep. Put chicken I took out if the freezer yesterday into oven. Well half of it anyways. Put lots of garlic and lemon juice on it with seasoning. Nothing too fancy but simple to make. Will make honey and soy chicken drummies tomorrow. Having veggire sticks and dips in the evenings if I’m hungry.

Yes I eat a lot of veggies but due to length of time it took to refrost freezer have to eat meat. Had to throw out some

older meat.

phew. Well nay I comment that on this sane forums you are safe to completely be yourself and your visual imagery and deep thoughts are lovely.

@GezzaP I hope you will be allright tonight. Sleep is so important. Football is something you enjoy to get your mind off things. Youve been through a lot these past few weeks. I've just been outside getting sunshine in the back yard. Its breezy out there but very warm. Will go out there again later. I gave myself nasal irrigation this morning with my neti pot. I saw it on Oprah years ago. An allergist was recommending it for stuffy noses and sinuses. I like it because it keeps my nasal passages clear. Used to be a mouth breather due to blocked nose. It also supports my breathwork practice. Its so much easier to breathe, especially with alternate nostril breathing. It makes a huge difference to my wellbeing. I can smell when sap is rising in my trees in the garden when I sit on my patio some mornings. Its so lovely

Well had lunch still hungry thanks to taking extra meds. @SmilingGecko  Mechanic has booked me in for 14th May so tyre will be fixed then. He’s excellent and cheap and he picks up and drops back your car. I’m getting really sleepy. Warm here too.

@GezzaP Thats really good. My mechanic was lovely too when I had a car. When you find a good mechanic that does the right thing by you then you are lucky! I havent got any news. Just been resting this afternoon. About to have a shower soon. A bit out of my routine. When you live alone you can cook when you want, sleep when you want, do whatever you want. Checked the weather and its going to rain over the next 4-5 days with plenty of cooler weather. Really looking forward to it because it feels like we've had an extended summer and its almost halfway through the year! You mentioned you used to be married at some stage. How did you meet your former partner and how long were you married for. I assume you dont have kids
