I got my coffee on special yesterday probably should have got two @TAB . Will

check out what’s on special when I go tomorrow.  Need some veggies and one or two meats. If the coffee is still on special I’ll get that too. Need crackers too.

@GezzaP I couldnt afford acupuncture last time either with Traditional Chinese Medical Doctor tried but could not meet the costs. I just go to bulk billing GP for acupuncture. It seems like they dont want to offer much though, just one presenting issue otherwise they view it as "exploitation" it wasnt my intention I did not realise but they account for every acupuncture needle they stick in you. Its that bad. I just do Rife inbetween visits but I think Rife is just as good. I've just knocked myself out with Rife tonight

Oh what is rife again? I can afford acupuncture once a week but not twice. I will struggle to pay next week if I get any other bills next week. @SmilingGecko hoping no other bills this pay cycle. I paid off my credit card and then had to pay gardener and cleaner. Will dip into my savings if I have to.
