It’s cold here but not windy which I hate @MissGremlin . Just walked around garden but quickly retreated from the cold. Soanish going well. Might read a novel later.

@GezzaP sounds perfect to me. I'm about to heat up my wheat bag to cuddle. Hoping i can nap today after a few days of little sleep cos of nightmares and panic attacks.

After a couple of erratic weeks I’m now sleeping ok and my hypomania has gone away @MissGremlin . Puss is asleep high up in her cat tree. It is the best thing I bought her. Gotta check the letter box in an hour not looking forward to going out in the cold. Still doing Spanish lessons.
