I slept better @creative_writer felt ok this morning went for a short walk. This afternoon my back, neck and head hurt. Painkillers ineffective. Feeling very thirsty. Planted a geranium cutting this morning and put indoor pots outside to catch forecast rain. How are you today?

I had french fries for dinner. I make them at home sometimes. Was going to have chicken as well but wasn’t hungry enough.

It's so normal to not always have the words in therapy. 💖
I wonder if you could explore tapping into sensations you're experiencing or even giving your feelings a sound/movement? Perhaps starting with simple reflections in this way could help you find your words? @creative_writer
It sounds to me like the theme of finding safety in your body is really prominent right now. I wonder if there are small ways you can try this that don't flood your nervous system too much?

My mind is ok. My body is sore. Back, neck and head hurt. Have been sleepy today. Slept better last night and have dozed a few times today. @AuntGlow

I woke up early again today. Tidied up lounge and dining room ready for cleaner to come tomorrow. Having a spring clean done on Friday.
Will go for a short walk when it’s light. Done my back exercises.
Thinking of trimming my hair today.
Getting quotes for some more roller shutters and a solar battery on Wednesday.
Did a bit of gardening yesterday.
Speaking to psychiatrist tomorrow (will ask her for a mental health care plan). Speaking to psychologist on Thursday.
