Re: Really wobbly

Hey @Former-Member my week has been too full but I'm getting some downtime this weekend. There's always more to do but I'm just forcing myself to leave it for a bit. How about you?

Re: Really wobbly

I'm really wobbly. I am slipping down and clawing my way back to level over and over. This has been going on for months. Now I'm exhausted and crying a lot. I have started to have thoughts like what if this is the time I can't come back up. There are many reasons why this is happening, but I can't change things.

Sorry I can't tag you all. I'm glad you are here. Appreciate any positive thoughts if you're able. Fully understand if you're not.

Re: Really wobbly

Hey @frog ! Thanks so much for reaching out! This takes courage and guts!

The very nature of mental health has peaks and troughs. Things may be going well for a while, then all of a sudden, you find yourself groping in darkness again. Please remember, this doesn't mean something is wrong with you or you have done something wrong. Our bodies react differently to environmental changes. If there are pressures and stresses in the enrolment, it can affect MH, and this sounds like what is happening.

It's not pleasant to feel wobbly and unstable. Perhaps just stay where you are and take each moment as it comes. You don't need to claw. The struggles of clawing will exhaust you! Stay in touch with this moment. We are hear listening. We are with you in this. I am a living testimony that things will shift.

Just hold on @frog . You don't need to struggle.

My thoughts and care,

BPDSurvivor
