Thanks for sharing @Appleblossom . That's pretty cool! I can't say I'm a keen gardener. I do it because I have to. I can understand those who thrive in the garden. I do love my garden, but just hate plants that decide to grow in the wrong place!

As for you @frog , I'm thinking of you and just want to see how you are travelling.

I had a neighbour who loved gardening but hated weeding.

For some weird reason I am not like that. For first forty years I  loved "nature" as vague as that is, and only in last 20 years gained more knowledge.  Now I am as interested in weeds as anything else that grows. Its not about what it looks like and what is right. I am getting better at identifying and dealing with them quick smart.  I even weeded at the vets this week where their gardener does a lousy job of it.  Maybe its compulsive, my brain just says exercise ... bend knees and does it.  lol
