Unfortunately today cm went extremely mean and unfair and told me she won't see me again....she said I'm all sorts of bad and difficult etc etc

So she's playing to type and trying to pretend its all her idea and not yours. Same outcome either way @EternalFlower it just proves you were right

I may discharge myself, I don't think case management has worked. She doesn't get to make that call, really, she was saying all sorts of things which aren't true.

I asked for the process to make a formal complaint about her and what has happened and she said the clinic doesn't use email and I need to ask the recpetopnisrs for the number of the head of clinic, who may or may not take my call....

So not true, of course u email formal complaints....she said also I'm an "individual adult" "responsible for my own mental health" and I can figure it out myself

She says that whenever I ask things that are her role, like check something for me. 

She is gone now and hope I am done with her and her drama.

She said "You're responsible for Ur own mental health"

I said "You're responsible for Ur role as case manager."

She does nothing but abuse.
