wow emelia8  you are taking on a lot over Easter, house guests, still children can be a welcome distraction in life. I have my granddaughter here over Easter, she is being lovely at the moment playing with her music toys. 

I fed her breakfast and we watch ABC kids tv.

i hope that Holly is ok

and I am glad your dad is recovering from his surgery.

no wonder you are exhausted anyone would be and you are still getting over what you have been through.  Are you still on chemo pills?

still sore? Well I am glad that you are seeing someone soon, but how sore is one supposed to be?  It is an unknown quantity for each person I think.  I hate to tell you this but I am 11 years on form surgery, chemo and radiotherapy and I get a lot of pain in the breast.  Not just sore, pain. I am told that it is cut nerves and damage from radiotherapy, ah well.  If that is what it is there is probably nothing to be done about it. So I try not to focus on it.  Perhaps I should not have told you this.  It may not happen to you and you just need time to heal.

i hope hubby is being kind to you in all this.

your high tea looked lovely, I haven’t had high tea for years.

Sadly there is so much that is not yet understand about the body, despite the wonderful advances in medicine.  The human body is a very complex biological system.  The sheer complexity can be averaged out of existence by too many shifty use of stats.

I noticed we have a young man with thrombosis in Box Hill after the AZ Covid vaccine jab, and I was pro vaccine all my life.  For the greater good of the majority and all that.

Finding ways to make life in these broken bodies of ours bearable with moemnts of joy.

We are old enough to cherry pick
