@greenpea I see you caught up with your ex. That must have been pretty stressful but I'm glad to see you handled the situation well. Domino's pizza sounds yummy. What type of pizza did you eat? I will admit I like their deep pan pepperoni pizza!

@Eve7yes we're in the zone between Christmas and New Year. My early morning anxiety didn't get the brief, but it passes, and overall I haven't been this relaxed for a while. Sounds like some good family time for you.

Hi lovely @greenpea How did you manage to get to such a good situation with your ex? My situation is still in a sad state re ex, though better since kidults can largely manage themselves.

@frog  Hey frog I think he feels alot of guilt over what happened when I was ill with my mi. He was having an affair when I was manic but in his defence he didnt understand what was going on with me at that time. He just thought I was being a b****. He has apologised profusely since that time so now he goes out of his way to help me out. I think his gf hates me lol as she wont speak to me lol. Anyway that is all in the past now which I remind him when he brings it up but I would say it haunts him to this day.

Well it sounds like something good came out of it @greenpea 

My ex cheated, lied, bullied and seems unremorseful. I sometimes feel sorry for him because I don't know if things have gone well for him since. I didn't want it to end and have to remind myself that it was his choice and is not my responsibility.

I have lots of good people in my life now and I'm very grateful for that.
