@AuntGlow apologies for my delay in responding, I think this thread is a great idea, I am going to try and participate though my motivation is very low.

I think my intention needs to be to find a job.

Yes @PeppyPatti with my auto immune disease attacking my liver, spleen and gall bladder my specialist wants me to do strength training and lots of walking. So I'm trying to be good

How is your progress ? Do you have days of having to stay in bed ? 

How is your energy ?

No @PeppyPatti more just really uncomfortable,  they press on my lungs making it sometimes hard to breath. And it is possible to have my spleen rupture if it swells too much. Some days I have to take it easy and the discomfort is bad. 

From what I have read it will be a progressive disease. There is no cure. Just management.
