Good idea @Bunniekins The best thing about daylight savings is you can be there one hour earlier so youre not waiting forever. I go before anyone gets there and then get seen first. My doc wanted me to have a liver scan once which wasnt an option - prescribed me to not drink any water since waking up and go to the diagnostics center at 8am. Had a fatty liver. I couldnt meet the requirements of the diagnostic protocol so reversed my fatty liver myself and avoided having a scan. Saved medicare money lol
Hello @TAB I havent spoken to you today. Something is wrong with my rooftop solar. Spoke to the company. Theyve given me a list of instructions and I have to send them photos. Just cooked a sweet potato pizza again. Its addictive. The crust turned out nice. Its so healthy with no fats just all wholesome organic ingredients. I put a lot of toppings on it and it always turns out nice. I was a bit doubtful to begin with wondering what I'm doing here lol but the dough is so easy to make its a joy to cook and gluten free unlike flour dough. Good with phytochemicals in sweet potato to cool down the liver and stop liver stagnation.
