HAven't eaten dinner yet. Not interested. Will eat later.

Been playing pc games today. Maybe too much, But balanced it out with a gym visit and also some cleaning up of stuff in kitchen and front garden.

Anyway. Looking forward to internship next week. And aus day on sunday as will be going out, Might go on a date of sorts on monday.

It's all just happening around me... dunno if I feel like it is actually registering mabye

Interesting that trauma yoga is now a thing @Adge  - I can see how it could be good to be in a smaller group but it does sound like a rip-off price-wise.  What makes it so different that makes it worth nearly twice the price?  In my yoga days I did hatha yoga from the Satyananda line of teaching and as I understand it, the benefits would also have helped people who had experienced trauma (as I had/have) as much as anyone else.  I'd be questioning the teacher about what training they have that is trauma informed and specific.
