Hi @Fluttershy1 ,
Sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time.
I'm really glad to hear that you're safe at the moment.
Are there some self-care strategies that you can use to help yourself soothe?

Oh weighted blankets are brilliant!! They can be so comforting!
I watched Coco on Disney + on the weekend which was very sweet. Have you seen that one yet?
I remember last week there was a big list of Disney films and lots of suggestions! Did you make yourself a short list of what to watch next? 🙂

@Fluttershy1 I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling so awful. It really sounds like you're having a hard time.
Have you seen Wall-E or Wreck Ralph 1 + 2?
Or are you more in the mood for some classic Disney? Maybe something with some songs? A bit of Lion King, Aladdin, or Beauty and the Beast could be fun!
