@Re: Trying makes it worse

Hey all @outlander @Appleblossom

How are u?

Apple lovely shares as always

I am not sure about the weekend...my friends are away and i am between supports. I like to go to the library and read for a few hours and go to a coffee shop for a breather as well.

My house is pretty messy its become u bearable. I cant do much on my own its become more of a ptsd thing and out of control so i hope to get some cleaning support with ndis.

Re: @Re: Trying makes it worse

Heading to the library or the coffe shop sound nice @EternalFlower maybe you can go to one or both of those places across the weekend.

I hope you can get your ndis sorted soon and that it’ll cover cleaning for you. Maybe don’t focus on everything that needs doing, try and complete just one task a day even if it’s just the dishes or sweeping the floor. Break the tasks down smaller so they are more manageable for you

Re: @Re: Trying makes it worse

Thanks @outlander i did sweep today which was something, i made some progress.

There is a lot of clutter i dont know what to do with so i put some stuff in drawers but clothes are always a problem they just spread everywhere because i live alone .

I have called lifeline today but just didnt connect to the person who kept asking me throughout the convo how safe i was and i got scared they would call the police.

I dont know how next week will go.

I may go to hospital, or hold out. I am in pain and it feels unfair how i am always made to feel like my needs arent inportant, the help is so inconsistent from the mental health team @Appleblossom @Thyme @TideisTurning @TAB @RGB @

Beaumaris Foreshore

My brother and I had a rare day out on a fishing boat there as kids.

@EternalFlower

Been gardening and looking at Clarice Beckett catalogue for calm.  There is a limit to what mental health services can do.  I am not always sure hospital is the best place for mental health issues.  I know it is very hard being in pain.  I can only offer words and pictures on a screen.  Keep finding activities that are meaningful ... whether it is books or art or coffee shops. Whatever speaks to you.  Even try something new with NDIS. Aloneness can be so hard.  I am an always yearning type.  I do not wear my solitude as an antisocial type, but there can be goodness in solitude.  The world can be hard and overwhelming.

Gentle Hugs
