Sending warm wishes and sitting with you @frog Try not to pressure yourself if you can. Baby steps are good. Sometimes just getting through 10 minutes at a time that add up to an hour at a time then a day is all we can manage. Self-care and gentle activities. Maybe make a list of things you would be doing if life wasn't so hard atm, then try to do even little steps towards those things. Or just read or watch a movie, whatever to pass the time. Do you see a psychologist or psychiatrist? If so, it might be time to reach out to them too.

Hey @frog I think we all have ebs and flows when it comes to our mental health and sometimes we just need to ride it out to come out the other side. That does not make it better in the moment but you have been here and gotten through before so you know it can be done. Do not be too hard on yourself for having the emotions you are having nor feeling the way you are - life is difficult enough without putting added pressure on ourselves Hon. You can work through this and get back to a more even level ...it just takes time ![]()
